As you walk through the front door you enter an undercover fitness club full of secrets to succeed on your mental & fitness journey, HUBA, a fat shredding muscle factory united in orange,

 

motivational murals and bristling with black metal and canvas weapons of mass & body construction. Sandbags, rowers, spinning bikes, climbing ropes, pull-up bars, bumper plates, barbells, dumbbells, suspension ropes, sleds, kettlebells and more. HUBA – an holistic fitness universe , HUBA has gotten hardcore results for their clients over the years (some have lost from 6 up to 35 kilograms) through their innovative, structured, fun and no-nonsense, functional type training.

Our training methods are fresh and filled with variety and the best part of all is that it is sustainable to form part of an active and healthy lifestyle.

Huba offers a Holistic fitness experience and a captivating style of training changing you one step at a time. We focus on creating fun, supportive and highly effective training that meet the needs of a wide range of fitness enthusiasts. HUBA training means to be whole and complete in fitness and to make training part of your lifestyle.

Our training focuses on a total fitness to improve physical abilities, movement, performance and a positive mind-set. Functional fitness is what it is all about! This means using free weights and your body to change the way you look and feel. We don’t train the body in isolation, but rather focus on training correct movement patterns and multi-functional movements, improving core stability, strength, speed, agility, endurance, flexibility and coordination – fitness the way it was meant to be and results that are real.

We want to create bodies that are free to move and perform at their best potential. There are no short cuts and quick fixes, it all comes down to hard work and commitment. We want you to beat your best and be who you were meant to be, successful in all your ways.
